Our innovative products are used in welding rotary tables and drums as well as on robots to shorten cycle times and optimize the production process. In the rotary units installed in the so-called body store, currents, data and media, such as air or water, must be transferred from a stationary to a rotating component. The Rekofa rotary distributor enables the system to rotate endlessly.

The rotary distributor also transfers air to supply clamps that fix the sheet metal parts to be welded. At the same time, the function is monitored via Ethernet. The Rekofa products are maintenance-free and actively support the online diagnosis of the system - on request via fiber optic cable for EMC protection.

For bonding windscreens and roofs on cars, a slip rings is installed and supplies the bonding tool with cleaner, primer and air. The corresponding video control data is transmitted via Ethernet via the rotary distributor.

Today, we supply well-known manufacturers of automated guided vehicles (AGV). Our compact slip rings allow the transported goods to be rotated while the vehicle is still in motion, saving the customer valuable time. Rekofa's customer base also includes global manufacturers of electric vehicles and car batteries. We were the first manufacturer to transmit Interbus via fiber optic cable and diagnostics in 1999. In 2013, Rekofa rotary distributors were the first in the world to be Profinet-certified. We have also already developed solutions for Profinet TSN with 1 Gbit/s.
